Junk Drawer came to fruition after years of day dreaming became a possibility. David Privat-Gilman decided to quit his corporate career to join Andrew Stephens and Sports Drink in creating a community space focused on good coffee, fun, and welcoming events -- all in a quirky atmosphere. 

 

Junk Drawer's vision is to offer favorite coffee concoctions discovered from time traveling the country and curating that selection for all the coffee-loving Nola neighbors. There's a strong love for medium and dark roasts at Junk Drawer, but the light roast stans will find something for their tastes, too. Coffee and goods are sourced both locally and nationally to bring you top quality products.

Our shop is located in the heart of the Irish Channel neighborhood in New Orleans. We are excited to offer bagels, small bites, and pastries from some of the best bakers in the city.
